Kajian Hukum Islam terhadap Praktik Mappajak (Sewa Menyewa) Pohon Cengkeh di Desa Bonto Salama Kabupaten Sinjai

The study aims to investigate the mechanism of mappajak (lease) practice clove trees in Bonto Salama Village and analyze Islamic law perspective on area. This qualitative research sources data from village head involved parties. Data collection techniques include observation, interview, documentation. collected is processed through editing, organizing, finding results then analyzed using inductive method, followed by a conclusion. reveals that not valid according because it does fulfill one pillars ijarah (lease), namely benefits. benefit gained form material (clove fruit), while contract transacts property be taken its function, take produced. Furthermore, involves uncertainties terms profit loss before harvest, as only relies estimation, which may cause regret, dispute, or even litigation future
